AZUSA, Calif.- The man suspected of starting the Ranch 2 Fire, burning in the Angeles National Forest above Azusa, turned himself in.
36-year old Osmin Palencia surrendered himself to the Azusa Police Department on Sunday.
According to investigators, he was last known to live in the Azusa Canyon Riverbed, near where the fire sparked at about 2:45 p.m. Thursday.
The fire has burned about 2,500 acres as of Sunday and is at 3% containment, as of the last report from the U.S Forest Service.
