BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Kern County Sheriff’s office is continuing to investigate a shooting that took place on Wednesday in Wasco that killed, 32-year-old Jamiel Ringold. On Christmas Day, the community held a vigil to honor and remember his life.
