An early-morning fire in Malibu has been downgraded to seven acres.
According to ABC7 in Los Angeles, the fire scorched 20 acres, but fire crews have been able to get a handle on the blaze.
Reports indicate that 120 children were evacuated from nearby Camp Shalom. Voluntary evacuations were in place for residents.
The fire started around 3 a.m. and has led to the closure of part of the Mullholland Highway between the Pacific Coast Highway and Little Sycamore Road.
