BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — In the midst of the pandemic, the Kern County Latino COVID-19 Task Force has stepped up to help fight the coronavirus setting up testing sites and now a new mental health hotline.

The Kern County Latino Task Force also is making sure that you get the help you need during the pandemic. They've launched a hotline to connect you with mental health experts and counselors, helping the community cope with the pandemic this holiday season.

It will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The number is 525-5900.
