BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 15th annual Dia De Los Muertos at the Kern County Fairgrounds on Sunday, November 2nd. Jay Tamsi, President and CEO of the Chamber, sat down with Mike Hart on October 28th to talk about the event, which will draw thousands of people to the Fairgrounds, to remember and honor their loved ones.
