BAKERSFIELD, CA. — At Home Inspections started in Bakersfield about 10 years ago and now they are looking to add to their team.
“We started out as just a home inspection company usually in the escrow process so they buyer would have us check out the house before they close, sometimes a seller will hire us before they put their house on the market," said Jamie Trammell, At Home Inspections Owner.
Recently the company added pool inspections, sewer inspections, and are now looking into disinfecting services.
“We’ve grown to the point where we’ve added staff and are taking it to a level where we haven’t been before," said Trammell.
But, their new services isn’t the only thing raising demand for the company.
“The real estate industry is really going strong right now so we are riding that wave as well, that's one of the reasons we’re recruiting right now," said Trammell.
Now the company is looking to fill positions in all three of their divisions.
“Were looking for home inspectors in our service division, operations coordinators in the office, and growth personal outside sales people basically," said Trammell.
According to the owner, the application process is different from other companies. They put personality and goals ahead of experience.
“If they don't have the exact skill they need, we can teach them if we feel they fit in our culture," said Trammell.
