BAKERSFIELD, CA. — Bolthouse Farms is hiring up to 125 positions in Bakersfield.
“We are hiring for line, administrative, and management positions, our line positions are warehouse positions, equipment operators and we are also looking for production workers in our processing facilities as well," said Rachel Serrano, Vice President of People, Culture and Competencies.
Multiple shift times are available for the open positions including afternoon and overnight.
“We’re looking for people that are dependable, reliable, and have a passion of working for our company and the vision for what we do," said Serrano.

Due to the increased demand for food products during the pandemic, the company is looking to fill positions as soon as possible.
“We produce food and its important we can get our products to market and because of that increased demand we need to bring in more people to help us meet that goal," said Serrano.
