BAKERSFIELD, CA. — Kern Medical is hiring for their outpatient locations at a recruiting event happening Tuesday, February 25th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The clinics are looking for Medical Assistants and Licensed Vocational Nurses as full-time or "extra help" positions.
“We are looking for people that are going to have good customer service skills, communicate passionately with their patients, and show empathy to the patients," said Eric Geiger, Kern Medical recruiter.
The clinic prides itself on caring for the local and are looking staff members with a passion for the community.
“Make sure they come with their heart, put the patient first, and make sure you are listening not just talking but listening," Jackie Laws, Clinical Director.
