A 10-month-old girl was found unresponsive in a backyard swimming pool the afternoon of October 28, 2016.

Hope Ally Gonzales was transported to Memorial Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

After a postmortem examination the cause of death is asphyxia due to drowning and the manner of death is accident.
