More than 100 people are back behind bars for violating their parole as registered sex offenders.
According to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, 1,252 registered sex offenders were contacted around California on Halloween as part of the 25th annual Operation Boo.
The CDCR says it made 110 arrests with eight of those now facing eight new charges.
The CDCR says pornography was confiscated from 30 parolees and two of those were found with child pornography.
Of those arrested, 31 were found with narcotics, narcotic paraphernalia or were in violation of other conditions of parole. Thirteen were caught with weapons.
