Kern County Sheriff's Office has identified 15-year-old Victor Garcia as one of the victims from a Friday night car crash in Arvin.
Garcia was a passenger in a vehicle that lost control and rolled, ejecting him from the vehicle. He was transported to Kern Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
