Two suspects who allegedly stole a car are in custody following a chase early Friday morning.
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, a car was stolen from a Fastrip late Thursday night. Police were able to track the car with help from a helicopter unit.
A chase ensued on Highway 99 and the suspect got off on California Avenue. During the chase the car crashed into a curb near A Street on California Avenue.
The suspect ran from the car but were caught by police.
