BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE: According to the California Highway Patrol, the 2-year-old is listed in stable condition at Memorial Hospital with a broken leg. Authorities are not releasing the name of the child. At this time, no charges are pending.
A 2-year-old has been hit by a car in Oildale. According to the California Highway Patrol it happened at around 10:30 a.m. in the area of Wainwright Drive just near Roberts Lane.
The CHP said that the child suffered major injuries and has been taken to a hospital with pelvic injuries.
