BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield City and Kern County Fire Emergency Communications Center announced that Anthony Padworski has been named the 2018 Dispatcher of the Year!

Anthony has worked with the center for over 3 years and is on the wildland fire working group. He is also an APCO Certified Training Officer with certifications with IAED, EMD and EFD.
