It's become one of the biggest Relay for Life events across the country and this year they raised almost $600,000, bringing in $593,989.88.
164 teams participated in the 27th annual event, with over 2,000 participants. 967 survivors completed the survivor’s walk, the kick-off event, and 4,500 bags were present at the Luminaria event, to remember those lost to cancer. This 24-hour event was made possible thanks the 243 volunteers.
