BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The 27th Annual Shoe Drive Kick Off launched on Wednesday at the Guarantee Shoe Center.
In the past 26 years, the shoe drive has netted over 80,000 pairs of shoes, benefiting the Bakersfield Homeless Center.
Guarantee Shoe Center is locally owned and operated by a third generation owner. This marks their 66th year in business.
