At least one person is dead following a crash on Northbound 99 near Ming Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a car collided with a semi just before 9 a.m. on the 99 just north of Ming.
According to CalTrans, three lanes of the Northbound 99 were shut down due to the crash.
