BPD arrested 3 people Monday evening and two juveniles for conspiracy, possession of stolen property, gun and gang related charges.
It all happened on 28th Street in Central Bakersfield.
Officers made contact with the suspects, when they ran and fired a stolen gun.
30-year-old Antonio Ramirez, 19-year-old Isaiah Shotwell, 18-year-old Caleb Bell, and the two juveniles are now in custody.
Due to what officials are calling inherent risk, their bail is set at $1,000,000.
