(UPDATE: October 4, 2018 3:29 p.m.) On Thursday, October 4 an injury crash was reported on NB 99 north of Merle Haggard Drive.
Following a preliminary investigation, officials said that the pedestrian was walking northbound on the 99 on the right shoulder. Officials say that Oscar Diaz, 29, was driving his Dodge Ram northbound in the #2 lane approaching the pedestrian.
