A 4-month-old baby died near Q Street and 40th Street Sunday, according to a release from the Coroner’s Office.
The baby, Paige Jackson, was found unresponsive and transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The incident was reported Sunday around 9:15 p.m. and the baby was pronounced dead a short time later at 10:01 p.m.
The cause and manner of death is being investigated.
