Five-year-old Xavior Frausto was found on the bottom of a pool, June 4th, the Kern County Coroner's Office stated in a report released Tuesday.

The child accidentally drowned around 3 p.m. and was transported to Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. He died three days later.
