Authorities identified an 85-year-old man from Mojave who was found dead in his home after a fire back in January 2017.
Jose Manuel Colon died due to smoke inhalation and thermal burns, according to the Coroner's Office. They also determined his manner of death was accidental after a fire broke out in his home on January 14, 2017.
