A registered sex offender is at large and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Bruce Edward Riley is on felony probation and has absconded from supervision, according to a press release from the Kern County Probation Department.

Riley is suspected of being out of compliance with his registration requirement. He's a 59-year-old male, approximately 6'4", 210 pounds, hazel eyes and brown hair.

He's been known to frequent multiple areas of Bakersfield, including the 800 block of Augusta Hills Dr., the 900 block of South Union Ave., the 900 block of South Williams St., and the 900 block of Weedpatch Highway.
