ABC has responded to the canceling of 'Roseanne' after star Roseanne Barr tweeted racist commentsabout a former Obama aide.

"Roseanne's Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show."

The statement was made by Channing Dungey, president of ABC Entertainment.
