An accident on the northbound State Route 99 around 7: 51 a.m. has left at least one injured.

Two to three vehicles collided, blocking the first lane. One vehicle then fled the scene northbound. California Highway Patrol is describing the fleeing car as a black Toyota Tacoma with black rims and its driver as a Hispanic adult male.

The drive of the other vehicle, a white Ford SUV, has a large knot on their head and an injury to their eye.

An ambulance and tow truck were called to the scene. Expect delays.
