An injury accident was reported near Ming Avenue and New Stine Road in Southwest Bakersfield Tuesday night.

A car reportedly ran into a wall in the area. The driver appeared to be drunk, a witness said.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital, according to officials. It is unknown how many were hurt or how severe the injuries were.
