Following the Regency Lanes attack that killed Chris Brown, Orlando Bailey is set to appear in court on Friday for involuntary manslaughter charges.

Just after midnight on February 21, 2016, Bailey, 32, punched Brown, 30, without warning.

At about 12:16am, Bakersfield police officers were sent to Regency Lanes to assist Hall Ambulance.

Hall Ambulance had responded to a medical aid call and was having difficulty leaving the parking lot area due to a large crowd.

Officers determined Brown had been assaulted inside the establishment, which led to his medical condition.

Brown was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
