All 10 Spray Parks open for an extra two hours on Labor Day

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Monday is the last day to cool down at your local Spray Park, according to the Bakersfield Department of Recreation and Parks.

For the Labor Day Weekend the city has decided to keep all 10 Spray Parks open for an extra two hours on September 2.

The Spray Parks will open at 11 a.m. Monday -- two hours earlier than normal. The closing time will remain the same-- which is 6 p.m.

According to city officials, all 10 Spray Parks are participating including Beale Park, Dr. Martin Luther King Park, Greystone Park, Jastro Park, Jefferson Park, Planz Park, Saunders Park, Siemon Park, Wayside Park, and Mesa Marin.
