Roads across Kern County have remained in shambles after record-breaking storms poured over.
The Kern County Roads Department is now trying to fix the roads but say many will not be able to be fixed due to a lack of resources. They expect to have to ask the state and federal government for financial assistance in order to fix them all.
The say the roads that are the most damaged might not be fixed until the summer.
