The next in the Job Fest Kern County series will feature one of the biggest employers in the world.

On Monday, Frank Cabrera and Josh Conner with Job Fest Kern County and the County's Human Services Department announced that Amazon will be at the March 11 Bakersfield Job Fest.

Representatives from Amazon will be on hand to discuss information about the company's new fulfillment facility.

Cabrera and Conner said Amazon will not be hiring on site and will not be accepting applications at Job Fest. The company will be discussing positions and what they're looking for in future employees. They will also be taking questions from Job Fest attendees.

The Bakersfield Job Fest will run from 8 a.m. to noon at the Mechanics Bank Convention Center on March 11.
