The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for a baby abducted from Fresno Friday afternoon.

The Amber Alert is for Fresno, Madera, Tulare and Kings counties, according to CHP. 

Osbaldo Gastelum was abducted from Fresno at 1 p.m., according to CHP. Gastelum is a 5-months-old Hispanic male baby, with black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a black and red Mickey Mouse onesie, according to CHP.

CHP said the suspect Jose Rosario Gastelum was last seen driving a 2011 white Honda Accord with California license plates 7LUE318. Gastelum is a 30-year-old Hispanic male, 5'10" tall, weighs 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a purple tank top and shorts.
