Amber Alert suspect Jeffrey Gomes is expected in court on Tuesday in L.A. County.

Gomes is being held at the Men's Central Jail in L.A. with a bail set at $150,000.

An Amber Alert was issued on Nov. 3 when a one-month-old boy was abducted from Fort Tejon. Jefferson Gomes, the one-month-old boy was kidnapped while his family was going northbound on I-5 near SR-138.

The family stopped the vehicle during an argument and Gomes, the father of one of the two children in the car threatened to kill himself.

Gomes grabbed Jefferson and took off in a white 2007 Chevrolet pickup truck.
