AMC 6, previously a discount theater showing second-run movies, is reopening on Friday following renovations.

The theater located at 4200 California Avenue will now serve wine and beer, as well as run first-hand movies.

Adult tickets before noon will be sold at $4.99 and $9.99 in the evenings.

Children and seniors will pay $4.99 in the morning and $6.99 in the afternoon.
