An Amtrak train heading to Bakersfield was shot at when it was leaving the Merced station on Monday morning.

A 23ABC viewer sent us these photos and told us that his aunt was inside the San Joaquin Train line.
Four windows were shot out.
An Amtrak official told 23ABC that the incident happened around 10am this morning. Officials said potentially a pellet fun was used.
No injuries are reported.

It is unknown at this time what type of weapon was used.
The case is under investigation.
