An Amtrak train that left from Bakersfield struck a truck in Madera County and killed all three people who were in the vehicle.
The accident happened at 12:30 pm. The train was heading northbound to Oakland and had 217 passengers on board according to Amtrak.
They also said that there were no injuries to passengers or crew members.
