BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Calling all superheroes and villains: Bakersfield Collector-Con returns this weekend. The event will get underway on Saturday and continue on Sunday.

Organizers say there will be various vendors selling toys, comics, collectibles and more. Artists will also be selling their art and displaying the pieces. Don't forget to dress up as your favorite character, superhero or villain to enter the cosplay or costume contest.

It's happening on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Rabobank Arena and Convention Center.
