The annual "Children are Precious" vendor fair benefiting the Kayli Memorial Fund and CASA of Kern County is happening Saturday. 

It is being hosted by Kayli's Cannery and CASA of Kern County. 

The event will feature vendor booths, raffles, activities for the kids and a junior rodeo. 

Saturday there will be a spaghetti dinner at 5 p.m. and it is $15 a plate. 

A portion of the dinner sales and vendor fair benefits Kayli's Memorial Fund at Kern Community Foundation. 

The event starts at 8 a.m. and goes until 5 p.m. on Saturday October 21st. The event kicks off again on Sunday, October 22nd, at 8 a.m. and lasts until 2 p.m. 

It is being held at the Rancho Rio Equestrian Center located at 5320 Peacock Park Lane in Bakersfield.
