Kern County Fire Department officials are calling a fire in East Bakersfield "suspicious".
A blaze broke out around 6 a.m. Wednesday at a two story abandoned apartment complex on Potomac and South Williams, according to fire officials.
City crews had to help with the blaze, which was contained to the second floor.
Officials say a fire broke out at the same place on Monday.
Arson investigators are working to determine the cause. No one was hurt.
