Arby's restaurant on Rosedale Highway in northwest Bakersfield has been reopened after the establishment failed an inspection in early July.
It was the second time in a month the Arby's had been shut down. According to the inspection from Kern County Public Health, officials found rodent droppings on the door, and boxes of soda syrup.
The facility failed to demonstrate basic food safety principals and sanitation according to inspectors.
The same location was also closed in mid-June after inspectors found rat droppings on food contact surfaces, cabinet shelves and dry storage areas.
