On Monday, October 31, the Armstrong Youth Center will have their Trunk or Treat event from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., which will be open to the public.
Children should come dressed up to go trick-or-treating from trunk-to-trunk with carnival games and activities between some of the vehicles.
Assemblymember Rudy Salas will be providing candy for all the trunks, free hot dogs, and Stockdale High School Interact Club will be on hand to volunteer and provide activities for the children.
Bakersfield East Rotary Club will be supplying cotton candy and popcorn for the trunk or treat and the Boys & Girls Club - Armstrong Youth Center dance team will be putting on a spooky performance for the community.
