The Arvin Police Department is investigating a homicide after officers found a body Sunday morning.

On Nov. 19 at 6:20 a.m., Arvin Police said officers were on routine patrol in the 800 block of South A Street when they located a man lying on the ground. 

Officers determined the man was dead and deemed it was a homicide. No other victims were found, police said.
