SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Assemblyman Vince Fong has introduced legislation that would support and establish financial incentives for those with disabilities.
A tax deduction, according to Fong, for those who contribute to CalABLE accounts for independence and encourages financial stability.
“As a state we should provide every opportunity for people with disabilities to have the freedom to make their own financial decisions,” Fong said. “By giving financial incentives to those who contribute to CalABLE accounts, we are empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve a better life.”
