BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — At least one person was injured after a rollover crash in the Kern River Canyon.
According to CHP's Traffic Incident Information Page, the crash happened around 10 a.m. on Highway 178 just east of the mouth of the canyon. At least one person was injured in the crash. CHP says the injuries were major.
CHP is currently directing traffic on Highway 178 in the Canyon one mile west of Live Oak. CHP says only one lane is open and traffic is backed up.
