Whether you are vegan or not, get a healthy breakfast or lunch from Better Bowls in downtown Bakersfield. 

After selling out at farmers markets around town, owner Jina was finally able to open her own permanent restaurant. Better Bowls will now be open daily to serve the downtown community.

Jina wants to offer a healthy, quick option for those on the go. She says even if you are not vegan to give it a shot!

You can choose from a list of signature bowls or make your own! Your bowl could include grains, lettuce, veggies, beans, tofu, and more!

Small bowls cost $6 and large bowls are $8.50. Extra veggies are free, but there is an extra charge for avocado and extra protein.
