A new restaurant is grilling in Southwest Bakersfield.
Grill 'N Burgers serves classic burgers, shakes, sandwiches, and sides.
Owner Lidia worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and wanted to open her own spot in her hometown.
You can sit back and relax with waiter service, instead of having to order at the counter, a new concept for "fast food."
"This is considered fast food, but isn't fast," says Lidia.
Along with classic burgers, there are black bean and soy options as well. You can even find fresh salads and healthier sandwich options.
The Downtown Dog is a shining moment on the menu. It is a hot dog loaded with bacon, avocado, peppers, and sauces. Pair this with the crunchy onion rings served with ranch.
