Remix Asian Kitchen is a new restaurant offering classic favorites with a unique twist and a dash of Asian influences.
Owner just wanted to cook what he knows and loves. He thought Bakersfield was the perfect place to try something new.
Remix's Asian Fusion menu offers breakfast, lunch and even coffee options that range from tacos, to Masala, to Italian espressos.
Owner takes dishes many know and love, but kicks it up a notch. One dish combines traditional Indian Masala with Asian flavors and an egg on top. Also, instead of biscuits and gravy, they serve beef knishes with gravy!
But if you are looking for traditional Asian dishes, you can find those as well! Fresh musubi is made daily and the Bulgogi tri-tip is marinated for days and cooked to perfection.
You can't forget the coffee. There are blended banana treats and even churro lattes!
Don't be deceived by the location. Remix is in the medical complex on Stockdale, but walk inside the restaurant and get transported around the world.
