Only open for about a month, Bocados Sushi Bar offers something different to the Bakersfield community. The restaurant's experienced sushi chef creates outstanding dishes infused with Mexican flavors. From the spices to the sauces and even the names, you can see the Mexican culture blended into a traditionally Japanese meal.
"At The Table" even learned about special secret items that you won't find on the menu. If you go in, you can ask for the Sushi Delight, La Chuleta, and the Dragon Ball aka the Jada Roll.
The restaurant is also hosting Sushi de Mayo! There will be food and drink specials, jello shots, and a D.J. playing music on, of course, Cinco de Mayo.
