A new BBQ restaurant is sizzling, searing, and serving in Bakersfield.

Wood-Dale Market, a long-running family business, is now expanding by opening a new market and restaurant. There is a market area where you can buy your fresh meat for grilling, but there is also a restaurant side where they cook for you.

Owner Chris says it was an easy choice to start this new venture. He thinks it is the logical next step to serve the high-quality products they have been selling for years.

Wood-Dale takes the various cuts of meat sold in the market and turns them into delicious dishes for dining in or taking out.

You will find tri-tip sandwiches, grilled chicken salads, burgers, hand-made sausages, and more. Don't forget the sides like French fries, mac and cheese, and macaroni salad.
