BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On Monday night BPD was alerted that there was a collision involving two people on an ATV towing a cart who were struck by a truck.

The collision occurred one mile south of the Alfred Harrell and Fairfax Road intersection, SB traffic has been shut down.

One individual suffered minor to moderate injuries.

BPD is currently investigating the collision.
