BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Does your kid keep you entertained? Do they crack you up? Well, here's your chance to see if they really do have that it factor.
Ahead of its premiere, casting directors for "Kids Say the Darndest Things" will be in Bako on July 8 looking for the show's next star!
The show premieres this fall and it is hosted by comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish. Directors will hold casting calls across the country with five SoCal auditions starting this Friday.
In a news release, casting directors say they're looking for kids aged 4 to 11 years old who are fun, funny, opinionated, talkative, passionate and inquisitive.
If you think your kid has what it takes to be the next TV star you can bring them to the Flight N' Fun Rec Center located at 3200 Buck Owens Blvd, STE 100. Auditions will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
You can fill out the application here. Directors do advise parents or legal guardians to fill out the application completely and include:
- A completed Casting Application and signed Casting Release
- A recent photo of your child taken by you.
- The link to your 2 minute video submission (if applicable) shot by you.
